If you stay at this hotel lock your valuables up. I caught shaft inside my room while I was gone. Mind you they literally had no need to be inside there. On top of that I complained and was then accused of having a dog. Then I go back to my room and get a letter out under my door saying I cannot renew which was fine bc I had no intention to renew. I also told this to the front desk manager that was very rude and didn’t care that the staff were in my room with no reason?? She says that I can just go and that she will refund me. I pack my stuff and go down and she says oh no you have to wait til tomorrow morning for a refund??? Playing in my face I decided to stay bc I had paid $200. But in all honestly this hotel is trash the back doors do not work which is another security risk. The staff is rude besides Greg at the desk and the white bald guy with the beard. The front desk manager is besties with room service aswell. On top of that, they falsely accused me of having dog poop in a bath tub ???? WHAT?? Could show evidence or anything just discussing people here. Take ur money elsewhere where. This hotel might aswell be bought out by wuality inn bc honestly the ONLY reason I booked t

I usually have a great experience staying at Hilton hotels, but unfortunately, this was one of my worst experiences. When I arrived for check-in around 6:30pm, the staff member was not welcoming at all. There was no smile or friendly interaction, which was disappointing after a long trip. During check-in, I asked about the $10 credit or bonus points option because I did not see any option while booking. I was told that the $10 credit would be waived off on the final bill. I specifically asked if the $10 credit could be used toward breakfast, and I was told it would be adjusted later. However, when I checked my bill, the full amount was charged. During checkout, a different staff member was very friendly and explained that the $10 credit was actually meant for the breakfast buffet, not a credit toward the final bill. He then helped me switch to bonus points instead. The issue was not the policy itself, but the incorrect information provided during check-in. I already had a doubt about how the credit worked and was considering using it for breakfast, but the explanation I received was misleading. Another issue was that I clearly placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign outside my door,

Run as fastest you can from this hotel. The rugs are horrible, nasty rug stains. Mattress was most uncomfortable. TV was extremely small. The room was very dated. Very disappointed! Not coming back to this run down hotel.
